· Conducts regular visits to suppliers to ensure conformity to follow-up on audits, issues

· Develop inspection and testing protocols for materials, products, and packaging

· Inspect facilities, factories, products, and production lines to ensure those are prepared according to the standards set by the company

· Analyse possible reasons for process deviations and for product defects and quality lapses

· Verify quality control (QC) records, test results, and reports

· Follow up on the corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) implementation and documentation with other departments/ partners

· Ensure audit compliance and performance

· Assist with review reports and develop guidelines and standard practices for data documentation and analysis

· Fluent in Myanmar and English language skills.

· 2 years of quality assurance professional experience in the food industry is preferable

· Experience in quality management systems and quality system audits

· Good Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC

· Knowledge of analytical methods of chemical and microbiological tests.

· Know how to use (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

· Ability to multi-task, creative problem-solving skills, and can work independently.
