- ကြီးကြပ်မှုနည်းသော ထုတ်လုပ်မှုများ၊ ထုပ်ပိုးမှုဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အသေးစားပြဿနာများဖြေရှင်းရန် တာဝန်ယူလုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
- သန့်ရှင်းရေးစစ်ဆေးချက်စာရင်းအရ စက်ကို နေ့စဉ် သန့်စင်ကြောင်း သေချာစေပြီး ထုတ်လုပ်မှု ပြီးမြောက်သည်အထိ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
- အမှတ်တံဆိပ်ပြောင်းလဲမှုလုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို လိုက်နာရန်နှင့် ထုတ်ကုန်သတ်မှတ်ချက်နှင့်အညီ တိကျသောပစ္စည်းများအားလုံးကို စက်တွင်အသုံးပြုကြောင်း သေချာစီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- စက်ကို သတ်မှတ်ချက် ထိရောက်စွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်စေရန် တာဝန်ယူပြီး အရည်အသွေးကောင်းအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။ အရည်အသွေးမပြည့်မှီသော ပစ္စည်းများ နှင့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်သက်သာသော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ပို့ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။
- အရည်အသွေးဌာနမှ ပေးအပ်ထားသော အရည်အသွေးစစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို ပုံမှန်လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။
- EEHS၊၊ ထုတ်လုပ်မှု၊ အင်ဂျင်နီယာ အရည်အသွေးတို့နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် နှစ်စဉ်သတ်မှတ် KPI များကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။ KPIs များ၏ ဥပမာများမှာ - OEE၊ beetle count, quality rating, reject ratio, technical efficiency and Zero Out of Stock, etc.
- ပေးထားသော လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများ (Check-list) ကို တိကျစွာ လိုက်နာခြင်းဖြင့် ထုတ်လုပ်မှု ရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်နှင့် စတင်သည့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- အသေးစားစက်ရပ်ချိန်များ အပါအဝင် စက်များ၏ စက်ရပ်ချိန်အားလုံးကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး GSCA စက်ရပ်ချိန်ဝင်ရောက်မှုတွင် 5% ထက်နည်းသော ပျောက်ဆုံးနေသော micro downtime တွင် စာရင်းသွင်းရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။
- အဆိုင်းအတွင်းနှင့် microdowntimes အပါအဝင် စက်များ၏ စွန့်ပစ်ပစ္စည်းများအားလုံးကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး GSCA စက်များတွင် တိကျစွာ Reject Entry တွင် စာရင်းသွင်းရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။
- လိုအပ်သောလုပ်ငန်းများကို JTI စံချိန်စံညွှန်းများ၊ သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့် လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန်အတွက် EHS ဆက်စပ်ပရောဂျက်များ/စက်များနှင့်ဆက်စပ်သော လှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရာတွင် ကူညီမှုပေးရမည်။
- IICI နက်ရှိုင်းသောသန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများ၊ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့်စက်ရုံရှိ 5S3R လှုပ်ရှားမှုများတွင်ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
English Version
- Responsible to perform minor troubleshooting on production maker and packer issues with less supervision. Ensure machine is cleaned daily as per cleaning checklist and deep cleaning is carried out upon complete of production order.
- Responsible to follow the brand change procedures and ensure all the accurate materials are used at the machine according to the product specification.
- Responsible to operate machine in set efficiency and deliver finish goods in good quality, low reject and low cost.
- Reponsible to perform regular quality checking procedures provided as per Quality Department.
- Responsible to fulfill yearly set KPIs related to EEHS, Manufacturing, Production, Engineering and Quality. Example of the KPIs are - OEE, beetle count, quality rating, reject ratio, technical efficiency and Zero Out of Stock,etc.
- Responsible to perform production shut-down procedures and start up procedures by strictly following provided procedures (Check-list).
- Responsible to record all the downtimes of the machines inclusive of microdowntimes and register them in the GSCA machinery Downtime Entry with less than 5% of missing micro downtime.
- Responsible to record all the waste procued within the shift and of the machines inclusive of microdowntimes and register them in the GSCA machinery Reject Entry accurately.
- Assists in the implementation of EHS related projects/activities related to machine and equipment by ensuring required works are being performed according to JTI standards, specifications and meeting local regulation and requirements.
- Assist in IICI deep cleaning activities, maintenance actitivites and 5S3R activities in the plant.
