• ကွန်တိန်နာစာရင်းနှင့် PO တို့ကို စစ်ဆေးရမည်။
• ပို့ဆောင်မှုအချိန်ဇယားကို အပ်ဒိတ်လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
• ငွေပေးချေမှု ဘောက်ချာ/ ပြေစာ ဘောက်ချာများကို ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး update လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
• ပေးသွင်းသူများ ပြေစာများကို သေချာစစ်ဆေးရမည်။
• ဝယ်ယူမှုအစီအစဉ်အရ လစဉ် PO ကိုပြင်ဆင်ရမည်။

• Update Shipment Schedule
• Prepare Payment Vouchers/ Receipt Vouchers
• Follow up Suppliers invoices
• Prepare monthly PO as per purchase plan
• To create PO in online
• Prepare Month End Closing Stock Report and daily stock movement transactions for entire company
• Handle full set of branch account
• Prepare for outward remittance and submit to the banks
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by COO

• Prourement and Distribution field တွင် အနည်းဆုံး ၃ နှစ် လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

English Version

• Any Degree
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• At least 3 years experiences in Procurement Fields of Distribution Company are preferred
• Strong knowledge of Procurement process and policy
• Good Communications skill and negotiation skill with all suppliers and office members
• Proficient on use of Microsoft Word (Word, Excel) and able to use Internet & E-mail.
