Employee personal filing and Scanning data for all employees.
Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and other admin tasks.
Data record for office management tasks, such as maintaining office, office car, electronic equipment, and other maintenance tasks.
Support the Admin executive in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Stationery and Office items keeping, data updating and controlling
Assist in implementing and communicating HR and administrative policies and initiatives.

Any Bachelor Degree
