  • General Administrative
    1. Provide administrative support to the office team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
    2. Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
    3. Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
    4. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination
    1. Organize and assist in planning internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
    2. Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
    3. Arrange travel and accommodation for staff, if required.
  • Office Management
    1. Help maintain the cleanliness and order of the office environment.
    2. Assist with office equipment maintenance, ensuring that machines are in good working condition.
    3. Handle basic office maintenance requests and liaise with service providers when necessary.
    4. Support the finance team with invoicing, receipts, and expense tracking.
  • Process Improvement
    1. Identify administrative inefficiencies and recommend improvements for processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role or office setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
