Job DescriptionPosted: 31 Mar 2025

Coordinate and manage tax audits, inquiries and notices from tax authorities.
Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as finance, Audit and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination on tax matters.
Compute monthly, quarterly and annual tax and submit returns according to tax calendar & deadlines
Responsible for amendment tax returns when required.
Collect the Form 31 from tax office.
Collect the form 31 from all suppliers who claimed the 5% CT.
Check the Supplier outstanding lists and update in file for Form31
Issue Form 31 to customer if they request
Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions and other tax-related activities.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the organization.
Foster a culture of tax compliance and awareness throughout the organisation, providing training and support as needed.
Oversee the management of the organization’s fixed assets from acquisition to disposal.
Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and classified.
Ensure proper coding, tagging, and tracking of assets in the system.
Conduct regular fixed asset audits to verify the existence, condition, and location of assets with internal Audit
Perform reconciliations between the fixed asset register and the general ledger to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist in the preparation of financial statements

Job Requirements

ACCA part I or CPA
Excel and fully knowledge on tax matter and can handle with tax authories
Assist in the preparation of financial statements
3-5 years experience in reporting.
Good Communication skill and Interpersonal skill
