Deliver products to customers or distribution points based on scheduled routes and instructions.
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of service.
Verify that the correct products are loaded for delivery and unloaded at the destination.
Safely operate delivery vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct regular checks of the delivery vehicle and report any issues or damages.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Adjust routes as necessary due to road conditions, delays, or customer needs while communicating with supervisors.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, answering any questions and handling issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations, signatures, and any issues that arise.
Report any delivery discrepancies or damages to management immediately.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), lifting techniques, and vehicle safety standards.
Ensure that all deliveries are made in compliance with local laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
Assist in the loading and unloading of goods and ensure that all products are handled with care.
Report any shortages, overages, or damage to inventory during the delivery process.
