op Partner Group was established in 2006 and is rooted in the agricultural sector, initially focusing on rice and paddy trading. The company later expanded its operations into rice milling and the distribution of rice mill machinery and related equipment.
Recognizing the importance of high-quality, pure-strain seeds for international standards, Top Partner group initiated specialized seed research in 2008. To support Myanmar’s farmers, the company collaborates with international experts and local researchers to develop high yields, climate resilience seed varieties.
Every year, we test and select high-quality Inbred Lines adapted to local regional climates.

Key Milestones & Achievements

• 2008: Commenced specialized research into high-quality, high-yield seed varieties.
• 2014: Established the Agricultural Development Research Centre (ADRC) in Nay Pyi Taw with the official approval from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.
• Certifications: Certified by the National Seed Committee of Myanmar for hybrid corn and rice varieties.
• Market Reach: Providing hybrid corn and rice seeds to local farmers at fair prices while exporting premium seeds to international markets.
