Lead the full HR cycle — manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal rules.
Manage employee performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leave records and discipline management.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labor Law and government regulations.
Develop staff training programs, career development, and employee engagement activities.
Manage administration functions — office maintenance, procurement, assets, and safety.
Resolve employee concerns, grievances, and support positive work culture.
Maintain HR data, reporting, HRIS system, and confidential records.
Provide strategic advice to management for workforce planning and organizational improvements.

Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related fields
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years HR & Admin experience including supervisory/managerial level
Experience in manufacturing/retail/service industry is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership & people management
Excellent communication & negotiation
Knowledge of payroll, KPI, HRIS systems
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
Legal knowledge of Myanmar labor rules
Time management and organizational skills
Microsoft Office and digital HR tools proficiency
