Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management, HR Monthly Payment
Contribute to the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, onboarding new hires and offboarding
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
Maintain and update Training Record and responsible for sending Employee Training and Skill future Grant.
Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Perform general data entry tasks for both HR and administrative functions.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Relevant diploma or higher in Human Resources or a related field
2-3 years of experience in HR administrative, payroll and recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
