Job Summary
SERENE Stays Hotel ၏ HR operations များကို စနစ်တကျစီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်၊ recruitment, employee relations, attendance, training နှင့် HR documentation များကို ထိရောက်စွာဆောင်ရွက်ရန် တာဝန်ယူရမည်။
Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & interview process များစီမံခြင်း
  • Staff attendance, leave, and employee records ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • New employee onboarding process ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
  • HR policies & procedures များ implementation လုပ်ခြင်း
  • Employee complaints & disciplinary cases များ handle လုပ်ခြင်း
  • Training & staff development activities များစီစဉ်ခြင်း
  • Payroll support နှင့် HR reports ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း
  • Labor law နှင့် company policies များလိုက်နာစေရန် စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း
  • Department heads များနှင့် coordination လုပ်ခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • HR experience (Hotel industry experience preferred)
  • Recruitment & employee management skill ရှိသူ
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
  • Communication & interpersonal skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
  • Problem-solving skill ရှိသူ
  • Confidential information များကို responsibly handle လုပ်နိုင်သူ
  • English communication အသင့်အတင့်ရှိသူ
