• ဝင်ရောက်လာသော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ပစ္စည်းများကို လက်ခံခြင်း၊ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
• Inventory system သို့မဟုတ် stock register တွင် stock စာရင်းများကို မှန်ကန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းမှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
• Inventory ပမာဏများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး ကုန်ပစ္စည်းမလုံလောက်မှု သို့မဟုတ် အလွန်အကျွံရှိမှုများကို အကြောင်းကြားတင်ပြခြင်း။
• Warehouse သို့မဟုတ် သိုလှောင်ရာနေရာတွင် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျ စီစဉ်ထားရှိခြင်း။
• ပုံမှန် Inventory စစ်ဆေးခြင်းများ၊ cycle count နှင့် stock audit များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
• ဝင်ထွက်သော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအားလုံးအတွက် stock စာရင်းများကို အမြဲ Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
• Stock လက်ကျန်အခြေအနေများအတွက် Purchasing, Warehouse နှင့် Sales Team များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• Inventory report များကို ပြင်ဆင်ရေးဆွဲပြီး Management သို့ တင်ပြခြင်း။
• ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအားလုံးကို label တပ်ခြင်း၊ သိုလှောင်ခြင်းနှင့် ကိုင်တွယ်ခြင်းကို စနစ်တကျ ပြုလုပ်ထားရှိခြင်း။
• Warehouse အတွင်း Company Policy များနှင့် Safety Procedure များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

• အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ထားရမည် (Business, Logistics သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘာသာရပ်တွင် Diploma သို့မဟုတ် Degree ရရှိထားပါက ပိုမိုအထောက်အကူဖြစ်မည်)။
• Inventory, Warehouse သို့မဟုတ် Stock Management ဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁–၂) နှစ်ရှိပါက ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Microsoft Excel သို့မဟုတ် Inventory Software အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော အခြေခံ Computer Skills ရှိရမည်။
• အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကို ဂရုပြုနိုင်ပြီး စနစ်တကျ စီမံနိုင်သော အရည်အချင်းရှိရမည်။
• မိမိတစ်ယောက်တည်း လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သကဲ့သို့ Team နှင့်လည်း ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Warehouse ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်သော ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာအင်အားရှိရမည်။
