24*7 proactively monitor and troubleshoot on Network/System devices and power infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve incident and escalated to related team if necessary.
Responsible for keeping daily checking records for entire network and send daily,weekly,monthly reports to management.

Job Requirements

CCNA or MTCNA but should have good understanding of Switching and Routing protocols
Need to familar with Monitoring Software (Eg-SolarWinds, Icinga, Zabbix and PRTG)
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work with 24x7 shift (include Public Holiday and weekend)
