  • Office Supplies များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး လိုအပ်သည်များ တင်ပြရန်
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
  • Meeting Schedule နှင့် Appointment များ စီစဉ်ပေးရန်
