ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှုများကို လက်ခံဖြေကြားပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနသို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးခြင်း
Appointment များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်းနှင့် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
Incoming / Outgoing mail များကို လက်ခံပို့ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း
Office area (Reception area) ကို သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
ဧည့်သည်များနှင့် Customer များ၏ မေးမြန်းချက်များကို သင့်တင့်သလို ဖြေကြားပေးခြင်း
Daily report သို့မဟုတ် visitor log များကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း
အထက်လူကြီးညွှန်ကြားချက်များအတိုင်း အခြား administrative tasks များကို ကူညီလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း

Job Requirements

အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင် (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Diploma / Certificate ရှိသူ
Receptionist (သို့) Customer Service အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်
ဆက်သွယ်ရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ယဉ်ကျေးပြောဆိုနိုင်သူ
Computer basic (Microsoft Word, Excel) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
English basic (ရေး၊ ပြော) တတ်မြောက်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
သပ်ရပ်သန့်ရှင်းသော အသွင်အပြင်ရှိပြီး အလုပ်အပေါ် တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ
Time management ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အလုပ်ဖိအားအောက်တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ
Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
