  • Sales Team Order များကို Cashier မှ ပေးသော ဘောင်ချာများနှင့် တိုက်စစ်ပြီး အတည်ပြု လက်မှတ်ထိုးရန်။
  • Region 1 & Region 2 အရောင်းဘောင်ချာများကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး အရောင်း Stock များ နုတ်ယူရန်။
  • Error အလဲအပြောင်းများနှင့် Return များကို ဖောင်ဖြည့်၍ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Team သို့ တင်ပြဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်၊ လချုပ် Sales KPI နှင့် Sales Report များကို ပြုစုတင်ပြရန်။
  • Sales Team ၏ Incentive များကို တွက်ချက်ပြီး Account နှင့် Manager ထံသို့ တင်ပြကာ အတည်ပြုပြီးပါက ထုတ်ပေးရန်။
  • FOC နှင့် Sample များ၏ စာရင်းကို ပြုစု၍ Cashier ထံသို့ ပေးပို့ရန်။
  • Sales Team ၏ Leave နှင့် OT များကို လကုန်ခါနီးတွင် စာရင်းပြုစု၍ Manager လက်မှတ်ယူပြီး HR Department သို့ တင်ပြရန်။
  • ဆိုင်အသစ် Data များ ထည့်သွင်းခြင်းနှင့် Customer မေးမြန်းချက်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Sales Team ထံသို့ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးရန်။

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့) အထက်တန်းအောင် ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည် (အထူးသဖြင့် Excel)။
  • Product အကြောင်း သိရှိနားလည်မှု ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ပါက အထူးကောင်းမွန်သည်။
  • အသေးစိတ်ကို ဂရုစိုက်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို အချိန်မှီ ပြီးစီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှု ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်း ရှိရမည်။
