  • Customer များအား Product များ၏ အချက်အလက်၊ အသုံးပြုပုံနှင့် အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများကို ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ရှင်းပြပေးရမည်။
  • Customer များ၏ Inquiry များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေကြားပေးရမည်။
  • Facebook / Messenger / Viber / Phone Call များမှတစ်ဆင့် Customer များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး Sales ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့် ကိုက်ညီသော Product များကို အကြံပြုပေးရမည်။
  • Order များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ လက်ခံပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်။
  • Customer များအား Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Repeat Order ရရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Daily Sales နှင့် Customer Information များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားရမည်။
  • သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Daily / Monthly Sales Target များကို ပြည့်မီအောင် ကြိုးစားဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Customer များနှင့် ရေရှည်ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေးတည်ဆောက်နိုင်ရန် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရမည်။
  • Sales Promotion နှင့် Campaign များရှိပါက Customer များထံ အချိန်မီ အသိပေးရမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Sales Report များကို ပုံမှန်တင်ပြရမည်။
  • Company ၏ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့်အညီ တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • အလုပ်ချိန် – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • နားရက် – Every Sunday

Job Requirements

  • အသက် ၂၀ နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Sales / Tele Sales / Customer Service ပိုင်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Sales အတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသေးသော်လည်း Sales ပိုင်းကို စိတ်ဝင်စားပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူများ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
  • Customer များနှင့် ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်ကို နားလည်ပေးနိုင်ပြီး ယဉ်ကျေးစွာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Computer နှင့် Phone ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Facebook, Messenger, Viber နှင့် အခြား Social Media Platform များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Sales Target များကို ကြိုးစားပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • သွက်လက်တက်ကြွပြီး အလုပ်အပေါ် စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
