  • Sales Team ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲ၊ ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း
  • Sales Target များ ချမှတ်ပေးပြီး Target ပြည့်မီစေရန် Team ကို ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း
  • Sales Staff များ၏ Performance ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး လိုအပ်သည့် Coaching နှင့် Training ပေးခြင်း
  • Customer များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
  • Sales Plan နှင့် Promotion Plan များ ရေးဆွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း
  • နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ်/လစဉ် Sales Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း
  • Market Trend နှင့် Competitor များ၏ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို လေ့လာခြင်း
  • Sales Team နှင့် Marketing, Warehouse, Finance စသည့် Department များအကြား Coordination ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Customer Complaint များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
  • Sales ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး 2–3 နှစ် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
  • Sales Supervisor / Team Leader အဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
  • Sales Target နှင့် KPI များအပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်
  • Communication နှင့် Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Leadership နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Customer Service နှင့် Problem-Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Microsoft Office (အထူးသဖြင့် Excel) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
  • Sales Report များကို စနစ်တကျ ပြုစုတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်
  • တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ စည်းကမ်းရှိမှုနှင့် အလုပ်အပေါ် Commitment ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Target နှင့် Pressure အောက်တွင် ထိရောက်စွာ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
  • Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်
