  • Store Operations Management
    1. Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
    2. Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, adhering to company merchandising standards.
    3. Oversee stock replenishment, inventory control, and stock audits to ensure optimal stock levels.
    4. Monitor sales targets and work with the team to meet or exceed goals.
  • Staff Management
    1. Manage, train, and motivate shop staff to ensure a positive work environment and high performance.
    2. Schedule and allocate shifts to optimize manpower based on store traffic and business needs.
    3. Ensure all employees are well-trained in product knowledge, customer service standards, and sales techniques.
  • Customer Service Excellence
    1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving complaints, and addressing queries.
    2. Maintain a customer-first attitude, encouraging repeat business and enhancing the store’s reputation.
  • Sales & Financial Reporting
    1. Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
    2. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, as well as inventory reports to senior management.
    3. Maintain a detailed record of cash handling, transactions, and other financial operations in the shop.
  • Compliance & Quality Control
    1. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulatory requirements as per the company and local policies.
    2. Perform regular quality checks to maintain product quality, service standards, and shop cleanliness.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management
    1. Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock deliveries and manage reorder levels.
    2. Conduct stock checks and work closely with the inventory team to minimize stock discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills & Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail sales and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
