  • ဝင်/ထွက် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျ စစ်ဆေးပြီး မှတ်တမ်းတင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ဂိုဒေါင်ရှိ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • ပုံမှန် Stock Count ပြုလုပ်၍ စာရင်းမှန်ကန်မှု စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Stock လျော့နည်းခြင်း၊ ကွာဟချက်များရှိပါက အချိန်မီ အကြောင်းကြားနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လစဉ်/ပတ်စဉ် Stock Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။

  • Stock Control (သို့) Warehouse လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ နှင့် ကွန်ပျုတာအသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး စာရင်းမှန်ကန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
