Job Summary
Stock Controller သည် Warehouse နှင့် Store အတွင်းရှိ Stock များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းချုပ်စီမံပြီး Stock Accuracy မှန်ကန်စေရန်၊ Stock In/Out Process များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့် Position ဖြစ်သည်။
Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Stock In/Out Process များကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း
  • Physical Stock နှင့် System Stock ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
  • Stock Receiving, Transfer, Return Process များကို စနစ်တကျ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
  • Weekly / Monthly Stock Count ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Stock Discrepancy များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး Report တင်ပြခြင်း
  • Damage, Expired, Missing Stock များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း
  • Inventory Record များကို Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Warehouse Arrangement နှင့် Stock Storage System ကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • Related Departments များနှင့် Coordination ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Inventory Report များ တင်ပြခြင်း
  • Company Policy နှင့် Inventory Procedure များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Stock Control / Inventory / Warehouse ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (1-3) နှစ် Experience ရှိရမည်
  • Microsoft Excel, Word အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
  • Inventory Software / POS System အသုံးပြုဖူးသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
  • Numerical Skill နှင့် Analytical Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Accuracy နှင့် Attention to Detail ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Communication Skill နှင့် Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Responsibility ရှိပြီး Deadline အတိုင်း အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
  • Physically fit ဖြစ်ရမည်
  • Retail / FMCG / Warehouse Experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
