Job Summary
SERENE Stays Hotel တွင် Waiter အဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ပြီး ဧည့်သည်များအား professional service ပေးရန်၊ order များကို မှန်ကန်စွာယူရန်နှင့် customer satisfaction မြင့်မားစေရန် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
Key Responsibilities

  • Guest များကို ယဉ်ကျေးစွာ welcome လုပ်ပေးခြင်း
  • Food & beverage menu များကို explain လုပ်ပေးခြင်း
  • Order များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာယူပြီး kitchen/bar သို့ပို့ခြင်း
  • Food & drinks များကို timely service ပေးခြင်း
  • Guest complaints များကို professionally handle လုပ်ခြင်း
  • Dining area ကို clean & organized ဖြစ်အောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • Billing process နှင့် payment handling ကို support လုပ်ခြင်း
  • Team members များနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
  • Hygiene & safety standards များလိုက်နာခြင်း

  • Any graduate or high school passed
