Job Requirements

HR အပိုင်း

  • ဝန်ထမ်း Attendance, Leave, Punctuality စနစ်ကျ စီမံထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • Recruitment အတွက် Job Post, CV Screening, Interview Schedule ကူညီခြင်း
  • Offer letter, Employment Contract, HR Forms စတာларды ပြင်ဆင်ရေးထုတ်ခြင်း
  • New staff onboarding & orientation ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် Support ပေးခြင်း
  • ဝန်ထမ်း Personal File/Data လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းအလိုက် Update & Maintain လုပ်ခြင်း
  • HR Policy & Procedures တွင် လိုအပ်သလို အထောက်အပံ့ပေးခြင်း

Admin အပိုင်း

  • Office supplies, stationery, equipment တွေကို သေသပ်စနစ်ကျ စီမံထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
  • Purchase request, quotation collection, petty cash records ကူညီထမ်းဆောင်ခြင်း
  • Document filing, data entry & record keeping လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း
  • Meeting arrangement, internal communication support ပေးခြင်း
  • ရုံးအလုပ်တွေ Smooth ဖြစ်အောင် ရုံးစံချိန်အတွင်း Support လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း

• • Management Assignments (Day-to-day tasks) ကို လိုအပ်သလို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း
