  • နေ့စဉ် Office Administration လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၊ ဖိုင်များနှင့် Record များကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • ရုံးသုံးပစ္စည်းများ (Office Supplies) ကို စာရင်းပြုစု၍ လိုအပ်သလို ဝယ်ယူစီမံခြင်း။
  • Meeting များအတွက် အချိန်ဇယားစီစဉ်ခြင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Manager မှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သော အခြားလုပ်ငန်းများကို အချိန်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Admin / Office Assistant အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint နှင့် Email ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skill နှင့် Coordination Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • စနစ်တကျ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး အသေးစိတ်ဂရုပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • အချိန်စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ပြီး Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ရိုးသားမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။
  • မြန်မာနှင့် အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာဖြင့် အခြေခံဆက်သွယ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
