  • - Managing and organizing documents of the administrative department through dividing file category and file name. 
    - Maintain and keep systematically all documents of the administrative department and company database including hard and soft copies files.

    - Maintain and keep office assets through handling with coding lists and give out to staff by getting signature records.
    - Conduct to complete the payment process of office billing that are electric bill, water bill, phone bill, internet bill and other monthly bills to ensure completion on time.
    - Ensure to complete the license and tax process that include office car, YCDC and other company license processes as needed through coordination.
    - Ensure to complete printing services that are business card, name card, uniform, sticker and other items as needed and give out to staff.
