  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြု၍ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၊ Report များနှင့် Presentation များ ပြင်ဆင်ရေးဆွဲခြင်း။
  • Excel ဖြင့် Data Entry, Data Analysis, Formula, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP နှင့် Chart များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Email များ ပို့ခြင်း၊ လက်ခံခြင်းနှင့် Online Communication ကို ထိရောက်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
  • Data များကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း၊ Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် Backup ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Report များကို အချိန်မီ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • Office Equipment (Printer, Scanner, Copier) များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ခြင်း။
  • လိုအပ်သည့် အခြား Administrative နှင့် Computer-related လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

Education

  • Any Graduate ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Computer Diploma/Certificate သို့မဟုတ် Advanced Computer Course ပြီးမြောက်ထားသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။

Experience

  • Computer Operator၊ Admin၊ Data Entry သို့မဟုတ် Office Staff အဖြစ် (၁) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ပိုမိုဦးစားပေးမည်။

Skills

  • Microsoft Word, Excel နှင့် PowerPoint ကို Advanced Level ဖြင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Excel Formula, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Function, Data Validation နှင့် Chart များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Myanmar/English စာရိုက်မြန်ဆန်တိကျရမည်။
  • Email, Internet နှင့် Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
