Key Responsibilities

ဖောက်သည်များ၏ ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှုများကို ယဉ်ကျေးစွာ လက်ခံ၍ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို တိကျစွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရန်
ထုတ်ကုန်၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော မေးမြန်းချက်များကို ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ဖြေကြားပြီး အကူအညီပေးရန်
တောင်းဆိုချက်၊ ပြဿနာများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနသို့ အချိန်မီ လွှဲပြောင်းညှိနှိုင်းရန်
ဖုန်းမှတစ်ဆင့် ဆက်သွယ်မှုအရည်အသွေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်း၍ ဖောက်သည်ကျေနပ်မှု မြင့်မားစေရန်
Call records၊ စာရင်းများနှင့် အစီရင်ခံစာများကို တိကျစွာ ပြုစုထိန်းသိမ်းရန်

Customer Service သို့မဟုတ် Call Center အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူအား ပိုမိုဦးစားပေးမည်
