သွင်းကုန်/ပို့ကုန် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အားလုံးအတွက် လုပ်ငန်းစဥ်အားလုံးကို ကိုင်တွယ်ခြင်းနှင့် DOCများအားစိစစ် စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ Operation process delay နှင့် သုံးစွဲသူ Customer ကြားတွင်လိုအပ်ချက်များကိုကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
ပြည်တွင်းအကောက်ခွန်နှင့်ပက်သတ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းကိစ္စများအားကိုင်တွယ်ရန် နှင့် DOC ပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို တာဝန်ယူရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
Customer လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းပြီး အရောင်းဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ကာ အရောင်းအ၀ယ်နှင့် လမ်းကြောင်းကို ပေးပို့စီစဉ်ရမည်။
အစိုးရ၏ မူဝါဒနှင့် စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုက်နာပြီး ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ရမည်။
ဒစ်ဂျစ်တယ်မားကတ်တင်းအတွက် ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေကြားခြင်းနှင့် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းတို့ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။
Logistics နှင့် Supply Chain ဆိုင်ရာ ဗဟုသုတ ကောင်းကောင်းရှိရမည်။
အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင် သို့မဟုတ် မန်နေဂျာအား ပံ့ပိုးကူညီရမည်။
ကျိုးကြောင်းဆီလျော်ပြီး လျင်မြန်သော သင်ယူနိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။
မည်သည့်အရာမဆို ကဏ္ဍအကြီးအကဲ/မန်နေဂျာမှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သည်များကို ပြီးမြောက်အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်။

တက္ကသိုလ်မှဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့လွန်တက်ရောက်နေသောသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
အင်္ဂလိပ်စာကျွမ်းကျင်မှု ( 4 skills ) ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
ကုန်စည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေးနှင့်ပက်သက်သော အတွေ့အကြုံ ၃ နှစ်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
ကွန်ပြူတာအထူးကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
ERP software သို့မဟုတ် CRM အသုံ့းပြုမှုအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
