စတော့ရှယ်ယာမှာယူမှုအခြေအနေ (ပစ္စည်း၊ ဈေးနှုန်း စသည်ဖြင့်) ကိုစစ်ဆေးပြီး တင်သွင်းမှုမန်နေဂျာထံ သတင်းပို့ရမည်။
တင်သွင်းသည့်ဌာနအတွက် လိုအပ်သောစာရွက်စာတမ်းနှင့် ရုံးစာတို့ကို အချိန်မီပြင်ဆင်ရမည်။
မန်နေဂျာမှ ခွင့်ပြုထားသော PO ဖိုင်များတွင် ဒေတာစုရမည်။
ပို့ဆောင်မှုစာရွက်စာတမ်းနှင့်အချိန်ဇယားကိုကြည့်ရမည်။
သွင်းကုန်ဌာနအတွက် ရုံးစာနှင့် အချက်အလက်များ ရေးသွင်း နားလည်နိုင်ရမည်။
လိုအပ်သည့်အချိန်အတွင်း အကြီးတန်း၊ ကြီးကြပ်ရေးမှူးနှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအဖွဲ့အား ပံ့ပိုးကူညီရမည်။
Customer Clearance အတွက် လိုအပ်သောစာရွက်စာတမ်းကို စုဆောင်းရမည်။

Job Requirements

LCCI Level-2 ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
အသက် (20-25)နှစ်ကြားဖြစ်ရမည်။
အလားတူရာထူးျဖင့္အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 2 နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
Lookups နှင့် အခြားသော excel function အပါအဝင် Microsoft Excel ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
မြန်ဆန်ပြီး ကျွမ်းကျင်သော စာစီစာရိုက်နိုင်ရမည်။
အသေးစိတ်နှင့် တိကျမှုကို ဂရုပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
English Four Skills နှင့် Communication ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
ရုံးသုံးစက်ပစ္စည်းများ (ပရင်တာများ၊ စကန်ဖတ်စက်များ၊ မိတ္တူကူးစက် စသည်ဖြင့်) ကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာအသုံးျပဳနိုင်ရမည်။
ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
