• Strategic Sales Plan နှင့် Distribution Plan များကို ရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• Sales Team ကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• Weekly Report နှင့် Monthly Report များကို အချိန်မှန် တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
• ရန်ကုန်မြို့အတွင်း လမ်းကြောင်း (Route/ Way) များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ သိရှိနိုင်ရမည်။
• Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် Team ကို ဦးဆောင်လမ်းညွှန်နိုင်ရမည်။

• ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (Any Graduate) ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Diploma (သို့) Certificate ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Computer ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• စားသောက်ကုန်လုပ်ငန်း (Food & Beverage) အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Teamwork ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
