• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vessel traffic entering and departing the port.
• Oversee the safe navigation of vessels in and around the port area.
• Ensure that all visiting vessels have the necessary permits and documentation for their stay.
• Keep detailed records of vessel arrivals and departures, and maintain other required documentation.
• Respond to emergencies as needed, coordinating with first responders and other necessary.
• Monitor VHF radio communications and provide assistance to vessels as needed.
• Report to PFSO management team as per needed and others issues.
