Main Responsibilities

Admission and Appointment

Perform ground reception service procedures (Specialist Booking, Registration, Assist in Operator, OT entertainment, Member care & Out-Service) to participate in the day-to-day procedure.
Report complaints and special cases to immediate superior if required.
Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by the immediate superior of CCD.

OPD and Specialist Relations

Perform OPD service procedure (including updated information and changes of specialists) for customer service and specialist relations contribution.
Report complaints and special cases to immediate superior if required.

Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by the immediate superior of CCD.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree holder or still attending University.
1-2 year experience in customer care-related fields is preferred
Customer Service Experience in the Healthcare industry is an advantage
