  • ဓါတ်လှေကား Installation & Testing ပိုင်းတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • မိမိ၏ လက်အောက်ငယ်သား များအားသေချာ Management လုပ်နိုင်ရပါမည်။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Management များ၏ ညွန်ကြားချက်များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လိုက်နာပြီး ချမှတ်ပေးထားသည့် တာ၀န်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • မိမိအဖွဲ့အစည်း အဆင်ပြေစွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်ရန် အတွက်အခြားဌာနများနှင့်သော် လည်းကောင်း ၊  Customer များနှင့် သော်လည်းကောင်း  ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင် သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Team Work ဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ နယ်ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် ရေရှည် လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

  •  Customer နှင့် ပြောဆိုရာတွင် ပြေပြစ်စွာ ပြောဆိုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  •  Safety ကိုကောင်းမွန်စွာ လိုက်နာပြီး လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  •  ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဥ်း စည်းကမ်းများ လိုက်နာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  •  ဓါတ်လှေကား လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိရပါမည်။
  •  AGTI , BE (or ) တက္ကသိုလ် ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
