  • မိမိ၏ဌာနမှုးနှင့် ဆိုဒ်တာ၀န်ခံ၏ ညွန်ကြားချက်များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လိုက်နာပြီး ချမှတ်ပေးထားသည့် တာ၀န်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • မိမိအဖွဲ့အစည်း အဆင်ပြေစွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်ရန် အတွက် အခြားဌာနများနှင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း ၊  Customer များနှင့် သော်လည်းကောင်း  ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  •  ကုမ္ပဏီမှပြုလုပ်ပေးသည့် Training များတွင် ပါ၀င်ပြီး မိမိ၏ အရည်အသွေးပိုင်းကို တိုးတက်အောင် လေ့လာသင်ယူနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  •  Team Work ဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ နယ်ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် ရေရှည် လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Customer နှင့် ပြောဆိုရာတွင် ပြေပြစ်စွာ ပြောဆိုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Safety ကိုကောင်းမွန်စွာ လိုက်နာပြီး လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းမျဥ်း စည်းကမ်းများ လိုက်နာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
