• Assisting and preparing to review General Ledger, Journal Voucher & Payment Voucher for utility and report to finance manager. Prepare payment vouchers and journal entries. Check and control weekly cash flow, outstanding receivables and payables, all outstanding balances. Able to use Excel and Accounting Software and ERP. Assisting with monthly and quarterly PIT & IT. Perform detailed financial analysis as part of monthly financial closing. Take overall control of the Truck & Trailer accounting functions. Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records. Keep organization information confidential and able to perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by Finance Manager.
