Supervise the daily administrative operations of the hospital (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.). Ensure facility cleanliness, security, and maintenance align with healthcare standards. Manage hospital inventories (office supplies, medical non-clinical supplies). Coordinate vendor management and procurement processes. Ensure timely renewal of hospital licenses, certifications, and compliance documents. Liaise with departments to resolve operational issues. Prepare administrative reports and dashboards for management. Assist in manpower planning and coordinate recruitment efforts (posting jobs, shortlisting, scheduling interviews). Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave management. Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and disciplinary matters. Support training and development initiatives in coordination with department heads. Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and HR best practices. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
