  • Customerများ၏ တိုင်ကြားချက်များကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းရန်၊ အချိန်ကန့်သတ်ချက်များအတွင်း သင့်လျော်သော ဖြေရှင်းနည်းများနှင့် အခြားရွေးချယ်စရာများကို ပေးဆောင်ပါ။ ပြတ်သားမှုရှိစေရန် လိုက်နာခြင်း။

  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and provide product/services information, answer questions accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Maintain the general office filing system.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties activities as and when required.

Receptionist၊ Front Office နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 2 နှစ်ရှိ ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူ။
Microsoft Office Suite ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။

Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Bachelor degree holder with minimum 2 years experiences with proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
