  • Customer Service Executive သည် Customer များနှင့် အများဆုံးထိတွေ့ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Customer တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်စီတိုင်းကို ဖော်ရွှေစွာ၊ နွေးထွေးစွာ ဂရုစိုက်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • မိမိတို့တွင် ရရှိသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှု များကို သေချာစွာနားလည်ထားပြီး ပြန်လည် ရှင်းပြပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Customer တစ်ဉီးတစ်ယောက်စီတိုင်းနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို အကြံပြုပေးနိုင်ရမည်။ 
  • Customer တစ်ဦး ဆိုင်သို့ စတင်ဝင်ရောက်သည်မှ ပြန်သွားသည် အထိ လိုအပ်သည်များကို ဖြည့်ဆည်း၍ အကောင်းဆုံး ပြင်ဆင်ဂရုစိုက်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
