  • ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်၊၊ (HR Diploma တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်၊၊)
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂)နှစ် ရှိရမည်၊၊
  • Labor Law နှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး သိရှိရမည်၊၊
  • HR Administration & Management Skills ကောင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်၊၊
  • HR Function ပိုင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်၊၊
  • အစိုးရရုံးများဝင်ထွက်သွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
