  • ဆရာဝန်များ၊ ဆေးဆိုင်များနှင့် ဆေးရုံများသို့ သွားရောက်၍ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ဆေးဝါး/ကျန်းမာရေးထုတ်ကုန်များကို မိတ်ဆက်တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • ထုတ်ကုန်၏ အကျိုးကျေးဇူး၊ အသုံးပြုပုံနှင့် အချက်အလက်များကို တိကျစွာ ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြခြင်း။
  • အရောင်းရည်မှန်းချက် (Sales Target) များကို ပြည့်မီစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Customer များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • Market Survey ပြုလုပ်ပြီး ပြိုင်ဘက်ကုမ္ပဏီများ၏ အချက်အလက်များကို စုဆောင်းတင်ပြခြင်း။
  • နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ်/လစဉ် Sales Report များ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • Company မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales & Marketing Activities များတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Company Policy နှင့် SOP များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

Education

  • ဘွဲ့ရ (Any Graduate) ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Pharmacy, Medical Science, Biotechnology သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရသူများ ဦးစားပေးမည်။

Experience

  • Medical Representative အဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Fresher များလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည် (သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်)။

Skills

  • Communication နှင့် Presentation Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills ရှိရမည်။
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ကို အခြေခံအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

  • ရိုးသား၍ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
