Medical Representative (MR) များ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို ကြီးကြပ်၊ လမ်းညွှန်၍ အရောင်းရည်မှန်းချက်များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Sales Target များကို ချမှတ်ပြီး အရောင်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ကို စောင့်ကြည့်သုံးသပ်ခြင်း။
ဆရာဝန်များ၊ ဆေးရုံများ၊ ဆေးဆိုင်များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော လုပ်ငန်းဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Medical Representative များအား Product Knowledge၊ Sales Skills နှင့် Customer Handling Skills များကို Training ပေးခြင်း။
Market Survey ပြုလုပ်၍ ပြိုင်ဘက်ကုမ္ပဏီများ၏ လှုပ်ရှားမှုနှင့် စျေးကွက်အခြေအနေများကို သုံးသပ်တင်ပြခြင်း။
Sales Visit Plan များရေးဆွဲပြီး Field Visit များတွင် MR များနှင့်အတူ လိုက်ပါလမ်းညွှန်ခြင်း။
Sales Report၊ Activity Report နှင့် Performance Report များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
Marketing Campaign၊ Product Launch နှင့် Promotional Activities များတွင် ပါဝင်စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Company Policy နှင့် SOP များကို အသင်းဝင်များမှ လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။

Job Requirements

Education

ဘွဲ့ရ (Any Graduate) ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Pharmacy၊ Medical Science၊ Biotechnology သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရသူများ ဦးစားပေးမည်။

Experience

Medical Representative သို့မဟုတ် Medical Sales ပိုင်းတွင် (၃) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
Supervisor သို့မဟုတ် Team Leader အဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
