ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လယ်ထွန်စက်အပိုပစ္စည်း (Tractor Accessories) လုပ်ငန်းတွင် လက်လီ၊ လက်ကားနှင့် ဖြန့်ချိရေးပိုင်းကို ဦးဆောင်ရန်   မန္တလေးမြို့ (၁) ဦး  ရန်ကုန်မြို့ (၁) ဦး  ကျွမ်းကျင်သော လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုမန်နေဂျာ (Operations Manager) များ အမြန်အလိုရှိသည်။ 

 အဓိက တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများ

  • လက်လီနှင့် လက်ကားရောင်းဝယ်ရေးအတွက် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလက်ကျန် (Inventory)၊ ထောက်ပံ့ပို့ဆောင်ရေး (Supply Chain) နှင့် စတော့ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုများကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
  • အရောင်းဆိုင်နှင့် ဂိုဒေါင်၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို အနီးကပ်ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်း အဝင်/အထွက်နှင့် စာရင်းဇယားများ တိကျမှန်ကန်မှုရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

မှတ်ချက်: ရန်ကုန် သို့မဟုတ် မန္တလေးတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်လိုသည့် မြို့ကို အတိအကျဖော်ပြ၍ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

Job Requirements

ပညာအရည်အချင်း:

  • တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

အတွေ့အကြုံ:

  • လက်လီ၊ လက်ကား၊ ဖြန့်ချိရေးနှင့် ဂိုဒေါင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု (Operation/Retail/Wholesale/Distribution/Warehouse) နယ်ပယ်များတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။ (လယ်ထွန်စက်အပိုပစ္စည်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။)
  •  အသက်အရွယ်: အသက် (၃၀) မှ (၄၀) နှစ်အတွင်းရှိ အမျိုးသားဖြစ်ရမည်။

Operational Control:

  • လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုများကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ပြီး ပြဿနာများကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။

Leadership:

  • ဝန်ထမ်းများကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  •  Excel & Data: Excel အသုံးပြု၍ စာရင်းဇယားများ ပြုစုခြင်းနှင့် အစီရင်ခံစာ (Reporting) တင်ပြခြင်းများ ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
