  • To oversee and coordinate the production team to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
  • To implement process improvements and maintain safety protocols within the production facility.
  • To analyze production metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • To provide training and support for team members in their roles.
  • To ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance procedures.

Job Specification (JS)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the printing industry.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
