·         မပြုပြင်မီနှင့် ပြုပြင်ပြီး အခြေအနေများ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း မှတ်တမ်း ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။

·         တပ်ဆင်သော အစိတ်အပိုင်းများအား ‌Quality ပြည့်မှီမှု့ရှိ ၊ မရှိ ဦးစွာ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း နှင့် Warehouse မှပို့သော အစိတ်အပိုင်းများ အား စစ်ဆေးပြီး လက်ခံရယူခြင်း၊

·        အခါအားလျော်စွာ လိုအပ်သော တခြား ဌာန အား ကူညီခြင်း၊
