1. Responsible to Collect CVs from internal, external, advertisement and agency if necessary to fulfill manpower requirement of organization needs.
2. Arrange the interview process and do itself for entry level interviews.
3. Responsible to keep update data in each employee’s each personal file.
4. Responsible for undertaking the necessary preparation prior to the meeting/training.
5. Providing and supporting the fully administration process to be smooth for business operation in a timely basis.
6 Purchasing ( Listing ) the office facilities materials as per the departmental requisition such as office stationary, office utensils, office requirements, office electrical devices, etc.
7. Ensure phone bill, meter bill and electric bill are timely taxed to the government office.
8. Manage Admin store, handle items list & provide necessary items to staff.
