📌 တာဝန်များ

• UBC site ရဲ့ Daily Operations များကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
• Electrical, Water Supply နှင့် ACMV စနစ်များကို ပုံမှန်စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်
• M&E systems, Air-con, Plumbing နှင့် Electrical ပစ္စည်းများကို စစ်ဆေးပြုပြင်ရမည်
• Fire protection systems နှင့် Generator လည်ပတ်မှုကို စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်
• External contractors များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းကာ Maintenance လုပ်ငန်းများကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
• ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသော ပြဿနာများကို M&E Team Leader ထံ အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြရမည်

M&E Operations သို့မဟုတ် Facility Management တွင်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်
• Facility Maintenance အပေါ် နားလည်မှုကောင်းရှိရမည်
• ကိုယ်တိုင်လွတ်လပ်စွာ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး ဖိအားအောက်တွင်လည်း အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
• ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည် (Engineering Certification ရှိပါက ဦးစားပေးမည်)
• အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာ အခြေခံအဆင့် အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
