🌲 ဖုန်း၊ Email နှင့် Messaging Platform များမှတစ်ဆင့် သုံးစွဲသူမေးမြန်းချက်များ၊ နောက်ဆက်တွဲဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုဆိုင်ရာ အပ်ဒိတ်များကို နေ့စဉ် ဆက်သွယ်ဖြေကြားရမည်။
🌲 သုံးစွဲသူလိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားလည်ကာ အချိန်မီ ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးခြင်းဖြင့် Customer Retention လုပ်ငန်းများကို ထောက်ပံ့ရမည်။

Job Requirements

🌲 ဆက်စပ်ဘာသာရပ်များဖြင့် Bachelor Degree ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
🌲 Customer Service၊ Customer Relationship သို့မဟုတ် Sales Support လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁–၂ နှစ်) ရှိရမည်။
🌲 ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှုကောင်းမွန်ပြီး လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိရမည်။
🌲 Microsoft Office 365 ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
