  • စပါးနှင့် မတူညီသည့် စိုက်ပျိုးမှုများတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နိုင်သော ရောဂါများကို ဆေးပေးခြင်း၊ ကုသခြင်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  •  Field visits, demonstration plots, farmer training sessions များတွင် တက်ကြွစွာပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  •  တောင်သူများနှင့် ယုံကြည်မှုရှိသော မိတ်ဖွဲ့ဆက်ဆံရေးအားကောင်းမွန်စွာ တည်ဆောက်ထားနိုင်ရမည်။
  •   အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် Teamwork ဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  •   Field activities, crop status, pest/disease conditions များကို Report ပြုစုတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  •   Company SOP နှင့် Extension Program များအတိုင်း တည်ငြိမ်မှုရှိစွာ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  •  B.Agr.Sc  သို့မဟုတ် စိုက်ပျိုးရေးသိပ္ပံနှင့် ဆိုင်သော ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသည့်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  •  Project area မည်သည့်နေရာမဆို သွားရောက်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  •  စပါးနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် Disease identification & treatment အပေါ် နားလည်ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  •  Motorcycle Driving Licence ရှိရမည်။
  •  တောင်သူများနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
