· Site ရှိပစ္စည်းစာရင်းအားလုံး၏ တိကျသောစာရင်းများ (Database) ကို စနစ်တကျ ထားရှိပြုစုခြင်း။
· Site ပစ္စည်းစာရင်း လှည့်ပတ်မှုနှုန်း (Inventory Turnover)၊ ပစ္စည်းကုန်ကျမှုနှုန်း (Carrying Cost) စသည်များကို တွက်ချက်စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
· Site ရှိအသုံးပြုသောပစ္စည်းအား အနည်းဆုံး/အများဆုံး ပမာဏ (Min/Max Level) များကို သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း။
· ပစ္စည်းများ ပြတ်လပ်မှုမရှိစေရန် လိုအပ်သော ပစ္စည်းများအတွက် အချိန်နှင့်တစ်ပြေးညီ တင်ပြခြင်း (Reordering)။

Job Requirements

· ပုံမှန်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်း ရေတွက်ခြင်း (Stock Take) လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
· စာရင်းစာအုပ် (System Record) နှင့် လက်တွေ့ပစ္စည်း (Physical Stock) ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိအောင် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
· ကွဲလွဲမှုများ (Variances) ရှိပါက အကြောင်းရင်းခံရှာဖွေပြီး အစီရင်ခံခြင်း။
· ပစ္စည်းစာရင်း စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ် (Inventory Management System) ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ စမ်းသပ်ခြင်းနှင့် မြှင့်တင်ရန် အကြံပြုခြင်း။
· ပစ္စည်းစီးဆင်းမှု (Receiving, Storing, Issuing) လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စိစစ်ပြီး ထိရောက်မှုရှိအောင် ပြုပြင်ခြင်း။
. Site ရှိပစ္စည်းစာရင်းဆိုင်ရာ အခြေအနေများ၊ ပြဿနာများနှင့် ရလဒ်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲသူများထံ ပုံမှန်အစီရင်ခံခြင်း။
