Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through social media platforms, email, phone calls and live chat.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Manage and update customer information in CRM database accurately and efficiently.
Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis and maintaining customer records.
Collaborate with marketing team to address customer needs effectively.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Generate regular reports on customer service metrics and CRM data insights.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service , preferably in a marketing or sales-related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel ( data entry , formulas , ands reporting )
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Burmese and English
Good problem - solving skills and a customer – first attitude
